Your First Visit
At your first appointment, we’ll begin by collecting your medical history and insurance information if you haven’t already provided it. We’re happy to verify all insurance benefits for you, so that there won’t be any financial surprises during your care. In fact, we pride ourselves on being up front and honest with our patients.
Next, a member of our team will take you back to a treatment room. For patients undergoing a cleaning, a hygienist will take x-rays of your mouth before beginning the process, which includes an oral cancer screening, teeth cleaning, and fluoride treatment if necessary.
One of our doctors will also do a comprehensive exam and treatment plan for each new patient.
Patients who visit us for a cosmetic or restorative consultation will be evaluated by our dentists to determine which treatment can help them achieve their smile goals.
